Hopscotch Festival returns to Raleigh September 5-7 with headliners Sleater-Kinney, James Blake, Jenny Lewis and CHVRCHES
It’s the beginning of the end of summer, which means students are returning to school, fantasy football leagues are starting back up again, but even more importantly, it’s almost time for the greatest weekend of the year in Raleigh – Hopscotch Music Festival.
The How I Spent My Summer Vacation Tour was truly epic. With a line up like Hirie, Matisyahu, Tribal Seeds, and Slightly Stoopid a very fun evening was to be expected. Despite the Texas heat, all 4 bands put on exceptional performances, and a hot crowd reacted by matching the energy. The Whitewater Amphitheater was a beautiful venue that had a river running directly behind the stage cooling a lot of us off and creating a very scenic performance. The entire evening felt exactly like a perfect summer day, and a memorable night. Continue Reading
