What Is LaureLive? The cause-driven festival hitting Cleveland June 8 and 9

With LaureLive 2019 coming to Cleveland in a week, here is what you need to know about this year’s electrifying festival. LaureLive will take place on June 8-9 at Laurel School’s Butler Campus in Cleveland, Ohio. There will be three stages to choose from named Music Elevates Stage, Laurel Stage, and South Stage. 

Who is performing?

Hozier headlines Saturday night and Sheryl Crow headlines Sunday. While these artists seem like the main attractions for each day, here are some artists you should check out for each day.

Alec Benjamin (Saturday): Indie pop singer/songwriter Alec Benjamin is no stranger to success with his song Let Me Down Slowly garnering over 300 million streams. This is a must-see act and songs to listen to include: Let Me Down Slowly, If We Have Each Other, 1994.

Misterwives (Sunday): Indie pop band led by front woman Mandy Leed is a set you cannot miss with their song Reflections being one of the top indie and radio hits of 2015. Their sound is full of fun and joy and you will for sure be jumping and dancing.

COIN (Sunday): Synth led indie pop band COIN will have you ironically dancing to songs about heartbreak in no time at all. With incredible energy and vocals from frontman Chase Lawrence, this is a set you have to check out. Songs to listen to include Atlas, Talk Too Much, and I Want It All.

Lake Street Dive (Sunday): Boston indie folk/rock group Lake Street Dive is redefining genres with soulful melodies from lead singer Rachael Price that will leave you feeling joyful, songs to check out include Good Kisser, Rich Girl, Mistakes.
