Allen Stone delivers a heartwarming, intimate performance in Austin, TX

The warmth that emanates from Allen Stone’s precious lungs melts me into a puddle, has me feeling weak with love. The grungy, styled soul singer from Chewelah, Washington delivered a heartwarming performance to Austin, TX Saturday night.

Stone musical roots started at the young age of 3, partaking in his churches choir. He quickly rose to the top, leading the worship at only 15. His music has slowly risen over the years, gaining fame since his self-released debut in 2010. As an artist, Stone has gained a wonderful reputation as an extraordinary musician and person. There is something special about being inspired by a voice but also the personality behind the talent.

During the set, Stone used his dynamic gospel vocal range, indicative facial expressions, and fabulous dance moves to convey the mood of each musical moment. He played all his current his like “Brown Eye Lover” and “Faithful” as well as some up beat covers of “The Weekend” and more! The interaction between Stone and the crowd was wholesome and intimate as he paused his set every other song and confessed his love to us. Part of me wanted to capture all the moments, and another part of me wanted to toss my camera, hop on stage, and give that man biggest hug he’ll ever receive. A performance like his can easily create an atmosphere of hope and joy for you to carry on for weeks as you leave the venue.

Be sure catch Allen Stone and the band as they continue their tour across the east and west coast!
