Taylor Swift draws a crowd of nearly 60,000 fans at Seattle’s CenturyLink Field in support of “Reputation” (with Charli XCX)

Any move Taylor Swift makes is made in to a story. These stories, true or not, change people’s perspectives of her. That is exactly what inspired her album, Reputation. 56,000 people gathered at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, WA to see Taylor Swift perform and she blew every expectation out of the water.

Camila Cabello was set to open, but could not due to severe dehydration. Charli XCX ended up being the only opener that night and did a stellar job. The stage is massive with a cat walk on either side of the stage. She interacted well with each side of the crowd.

Videos of Taylor play after Charlie is done with her set. Most memorably are the ones where people react to her latest music videos. Taylor is great at telling her story. At 28 years old she has taken the reigns of her narrative and has taken the time to cultivate an album that fully reflects who she is.

Taylor is incredibly personable. During the show fans exclaimed how amazing she is at performing just for them. It didn’t feel like a stadium show, it was intimate. With three separate stages, Taylor gets up close with every aspect of the arena. She is intentional with every single detail and it shows itself well throughout her time on stage. From traveling to one stage in a glowing ball, running across the floor to the other stage, and then traveling back to the main stage in a snake shaped contraption. No matter where you are, you can see her and she can see you. Taylor made a point to give every single person a bracelet that lights up. Every person in attendance is visible. Oh yeah, if you know how she performs for two jam packed incredible hours without breaking a sweat please let me know.
