The MEØW Tour featuring Cashmere Cat and MØ comes to an end with a sold-out show in Seattle

The MEØW Tour made its way to a sold-out Showbox SoDo in Seattle, WA this past weekend.

Cashmere Cat cares more about you enjoying the music than focusing on his performance. He sets the stage to reflect this well. A thick layer of fog fills the space and bright blue lights form a box behind her set up. Cashmere Cat walks out and steps in to the box. His neon orange sweatshirt complimented the lighting perfectly, and it was the only way you could tell somebody was even on stage. The music was the focal point of her set. He transitioned flawlessly through each song.

At the end, he jumped up on the table and waved goodbye like a cat – it is called the Meow Tour after all. He scratched at his gear like a cat plays with yarn then hopped off the table and walked off. You can hear Cashmere Cat’s latest single Miss You ft. Major Lazer and Tory Lanez, here.

MØ walked out 30 minutes later. Performing seemed second nature to her, as she danced effortlessly about all over the stage. She wasn’t shy about getting right into the crowd’s space either. The crowd never stopped screaming and there was an overflow of intense energy throughout the entire night. MØ is featured on Diplo’s song, Get It Right. Hear the recently released remix here.

The MEØW Tour ends this Sunday. The next time MØ performs in the U.S. will be at Coachella in April; Cashmere Cat will be performing at Hangout Music Festival in May.
