flor sell out The Crocodile in Seattle to perform their enchantingly sweet indie pop

The last time flor played in Seattle, it was inside of a pizza shop to a crowd of 80 people. This year, it’s to a sold-out crowd at The Crocodile as they kick off their very first headlining tour. The opener, Handsome Ghost, ran through songs off their first album, Welcome Back.

The lights were dimmed as the band slowly started to make their way to their positions on stage. Zach, the lead singer, popped out as the crowd’s screams escalated. Indie-pop has never sounded so good. The deluxe version of come out, you’re hiding had dropped earlier that day, and the crowd knew every word. You could tell flor was surprised. In between songs Mckinley said, “We don’t know where you all came from or how you found our music, but thank you.”

These guys are just getting started. It’s enchanting to watch friends do what they love and do it together. Each member of the band had a huge smile plastered on their face throughout the entire set.

Flor’s tour runs through the first week of March. You can find a show near you and purchase tickets, here. This is a show you’ll want to see live, trust me.
