LANY continue their summer of touring with show at Cinncinati’s 20th Century Theater

Los Angeles based band LANY came to Cinncinati with openers Goody Grace to the 20th Century Theater. As Goody Grace walked on stage the entire room erupted with screams. Their set was wonderful, preparing everyone for the next set, LANY. The lights finally dimmed and the band people had camped out for walked on stage. Paul Klein, the lead singer, broke into song and the audience went nuts. You could feel the energy in your bones the entire show, leaving everyone wanting more.

In a review of the band’s last release, kinda, Atwood Magazine said, “the kinda EP is all about being real. LANY is not interested in hiding behind complex metaphors or saying things that they do not mean. These songs are honest, real life conversations that make the band feel both accessible and relatable. There is something so quintessentially human about their music–one of the many reasons this up-and-coming band has found so much success in such a short amount of time. Set to embark on their biggest tour to date this upcoming fall, the group’s exponential rise to success has been nothing short of inspiring and incredible.”

LANY releases their debut full-length album LANY next month. Upcoming dates of “The LANY Tour” here. We also reviewed and photographed LANY’s show in Los Angeles earlier in May. See those images here.
